Bio
Redora was raised in a theatrical family. Both her parents were Opera singers who later owned a string of restaurant / dinner theaters. She was exposed to various kinds of Music from the different Eras, which has been a benefit in becoming a well-rounded performer. Redora has been singing professionally now for over 20 years. She sings all styles, ranging from Jazz standards to Disco, Motown to R&B and Blues. She started singing in Jazz clubs in Toronto with a Latin Jazz group. When returning to Florida she then joined a duo doing Top 40, and worked for a time on "Carnival cruise Lines." They later worked in clubs, from Ft. Laud. To Miami. She also sang with a popular R&B group as the House Band performing at "Hemingway's" in Hollywood. In the late 80's Redora joined an all-girl group called "Beat Reaction" and was under contract with an Independent Record Label. They had a brief time of airplay on the Radio and did some shows and interviews promotionally. After that She recorded an R&B single, and shortly after met up with recording artist Jimmie "bo" Horne formally of "K.C. and the Sunshine Band" who put her in his show as his Co-star, while on the Cruise Ship "Fantasy". Through the years, Redora has been doing club dates, conventions and golf & country clubs with several different bands on a steady basis. She also had a long stay performing with the House Band at "Bianca's, as well as on the "Sun Cruise", the "Colony Hotel" and "Club 10" at the Airport Hilton Hotel in Palm Beach. For several years Redora performed regularly at the "Watercolors Cafe" and "Carmen's at the Top of the Bridge" a popular hot spot that was located inside the Bridge Hotel in Boca Raton.
Now premiering Redora's first Solo Album of Jazz Standards "My Funny Valentine" released February 2016. It is gaining popularity with a fan base listening from all over the world on a number of internet Radio Stations!
